Rare opportunity for a Team Leader to join a GLP lab in Spain!
Managing a team of bioanalysts you will be responsible for staff training, scheduling/allocating work and acting as a key point of contact for external parties. Remaining hands on, you will also develop and validate methods and produce reports.
The ideal candidate will have a solid LC-MS/MS background, proven skills with the whole process of assay development and previous supervisory experience.
Fluency in English is essential for this role, as is a genuine desire to live in Spain.
