Location:Wiltshire (possibility of location flexibility)
You will be a mechanical engineer with experience of industrial and/or utility boiler plant (skills, experience appropriate to obtaining C.Eng.) with experience of pipework and/or boiler design. You will need to be a team player with good organisational and inter-personal skills, as you will need to deal with Station Engineers and Managers. You should have good analytical / problem solving skills and a working familiarity with engineering codes, and a broad-based materials knowledge. You will also have the necessary IT skills to carry out engineering analysis appropriate to the job, particularly analysis of plant data using spreadsheets and use of design codes. Strong project management skills would be especially beneficial in this role.
The job will require site work and so the successful candidate should have a full driving licence and be prepared to travel within the UK and occasional trips abroad.
