The role would suit an experienced recruitment professional whom can demonstrate a high level of customer care focus with attention to detail, a sense of urgency and excellent business development and relationship building skills. The role includes managing and growing an established desk supplying qualified and unqualified care professionals, managing recruitment in line with business needs and retention of current staff, ensuring compliance is maintained in line with both statutory and internal requirements, maintain excellent relationships with existing clients to maximise to full potential and ensure ongoing satisfaction and identifying developing new area’s for business development.
Skills required;

An awareness of the Healthcare Recruitment sector would be advantageous but not essential.
