Branch Customer Service Manager

Location: Daventry

Basic Salary £24K - £32K (Depending on experience) + Bonus OTE £39K & Corporate Benefits

Our client is a high street name who’s reputation is paramount on the service they deliver, they are currently looking for a Branch Manager, you'll be at the leading-edge of this retail building society revolution, using your experience and your team's unique understanding of your local customers, to deliver the right products and services for your customers every time.

Customer Experience

As the Branch Manager, you'll not only set the pace, tone and standards for your team you will also coach and develop them to provide an outstanding customer experience. You will also be responsible for developing the efforts of specialists within the branch such as Mortgage Advisors and Financial Advisors and ensure the customers receive a seamless service, whatever their needs. Operationally, you'll help develop your area's business plan and ensure your branch is fully equipped to reach its goals. You'll also be an inspirational leader, providing clear direction, coaching and support to build a committed, collaborative team that delivers high standard of customer service - day in, day out. 

 The Person we are looking for

·You will need to be an accomplished people manager who can inspire a team to combine a strong sales focus with high standards of customer service.

·You will need to have a broad knowledge of banking products, services, regulations and operations as this will enable you to run your branch developing your team and executing a clear, commercially astute business plan that's driven by your customers needs.

·Ability to make your customer base the centre of your day, personality and strong communication skills, all your customers will know your name and your team will know you are always there to support and develop them.
