BRANCH MANAGER - DOMICILIARY CARE
LEEDS - FULL TIME PERMANENT
DETAILS:
Our client is one of the countries leading care providers, with locations around the country.
With an excellent reputation and over 20 years of experience within the industry they are now looking to recruit an experienced Branch Manager for their office in Leeds.
Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 per annum dependant on experience.
* Domicillary experience is ideally required or having worked within a care delivery enviroment.
* Previous management experience including delivery of targets, activities, coaching, disciplinary, grievance and sickness management.
* Effective budget management.
* MUST be qualified to NVQ Level 4 / RMA in Care Management.
* Strong PC skills.
* Evidence of working to regulatory and or legal frameworks and of maintaining quality assurance.
The Role:
* Manage and develope staff and people.
* Identify development needs
* Promote the branch and company actively in the market place.
* Provide direction to people and able to adapt to change.
* Comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
* Actively manage relationships with Local Authorities.
* Collate information and communicate agreed systems and formats.
* Plan and deliver care services that are flexible, responsive and non discriminatory.
* Results orientated and able to work at a commercial pace.
* Manage branch staff.
