Branch Manager – Industrial - Northamptonshire
£30,000 - £40,000 Basic Salary

Position
• Responsible for the day-day sales/operation of the Branch + 2 high volume Onsite Accounts
• Daily, weekly and monthly activity meetings – focussing on achievements and budgets
• To be a hands on business manager and lead from the front
• Complete control of P&L
• When needed, recruit and develop your team
Requirements
• This is a demanding Sales & Operational Management role - you must have experience of managing large teams and Industrial Onsite Accounts
• Able to present to all levels - at all times
• A proven track record of managing a recruitment team and Onsite Accounts
• You must show loyalty, honesty and desire to succeed
