My client are requiring a Branch Manager to be responsible for the coaching, leadership and development of the Sales Team Leaders consistently ensuring they as train, coach, mentor and lead their Sales staff by example.
This role requires an individual with a huge desire for success and target achievement, an individual with experience of managing a team of Sales people in either a recruitment background or from New Media.
This role will pay between £25-£30k plus bonuses for the right candidate, this role is a Permanent role.
