Now we need an experienced Branch Manager to deliver powerful leadership to a team dedicated to delivering general insurance sales and exceptional customer service. Responsible for the performance management of over 30 staff, you'll create a team that is committed to achieving success, in turn delivering exceptional retail business performance.

What you'll need
Being a Branch Manager sees you shouldering a lot of responsibility for both your team and our business, so you'll need a wide range of leadership, people management and retail banking skills and experience. That should translate to knowledge of relevant legislation, general insurance sales and principles, as well as retail network business procedures. It also means outstanding communication skills, strong commercial know-how and first class decision making abilities.
