My client is a specialist retailer undergoing a period of growth and is looking to make an addition to their marketing team with a Brand Communications Manager. Working closely with the Marketing Director you will help grow and maintain the customer base for each brand, as well as launching a new brand for the business, ensuring continual development over time. This role will see you ensure brand guidelines are accurately delivered across all marketing communications, including catalogue, websites and email as well developing customer retention and acquisition plans based on annual budgets. As an experienced and proven Marketer, you must have strong background on Multi-channel/mail order delivery as well as strong project management and project delivery expertise. Managing and developing a team, you will need to have an extensive creative experience, be analytical and have the ability to interpret marketing data, as you will need to ensure relevant and efficient communications are targeting the correct customer segments. It goes without saying that successful candidates must have good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint, have an excellent eye for detail and be a highly motivated and results driven individual.
