Our client is one of the market leaders in the manufacture and supply of Branded chilled snacking on the go products to a mixture of Retail, Convenience and foodservice channels. Due to significant business growth this outstanding opportunity has been identified as a business critical appointment.The successful individual will have direct responsibility for developing and in turn implementing the marketing strategy as well as adding real commercial value to the team.
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing you will take responsibility for developing and implementing brand strategies and tactics across all channels. You will identify in conjunction with NPD new branded opportunities and drive consumer awareness through all elements of effective below the line and above the line activity. You will also be responsible managing the Marketing budget effectively in order to maximise business growth opportunities.
You will have excellent Brand Marketing experience gained within an FMCG business supplying the Grocery retailers, although a background gained within branded chilled foods would be advantageous. You will be experienced in all elements of effective consumer marketing and you will be able to demonstrate a strong commercial awareness combined with a proactive track record.You will be enthused by the autonomy within this role combined with the level of customer contact and strategic influence you will have.
