Broadband Customer Service Advisors- Inbound
Temporary – Permanent - £6.50ph, £12,675 per annum.
Hours of work – Monday – Friday between 9am-11pm, Saturday & Sunday 11am – 9.00pm
Working 4 weekends out of every 8 it is essential that you are flexible in your approach to working hours.
This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated individual to develop within the call centre industry. Working for a leading organisation in Newcastle City Centre this client offers careers to people with the right attitude and work ethic.
This role entails taking calls from existing customers and assisting with the resolution of basic faults to technical faults. The service professional must be customer focussed and have the ability to deal with customers in a variety of situations. You will be enrolled on a first class training program given you are successful on gaining employment.
