Due to a re-structure my client is now seeking a Building Surveyor for their busy Surveying Department based on the outskirts of Norwich in Norfolk.
You will be responsible for a diverse and wide ranging property stock therefore you will be required to have relevant experience in a similar client side role. You will undertake a variety of duties including day to day and planned maintenance, refurbishment and improvement work and an understanding of mechanical and electrical installations. You will need to be proficient with using CAD systems and have a good working knowledge of all current construction and health & safety legislation.
