Job Role

Key accountabilities will include:
* Active participation in pitching efforts for the development of new business and contribution to the management of ongoing client relationships
* Leading role in all facets of deal execution for transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, disposals, capital raisings, and corporate restructuring
* Assisting with the development of junior staff
The successful applicant must have strong transactional credentials developed in a leading investment banking franchise. Whilst prior industrials experience is preferred, applicants with strong deal experience in other sectors and an interest in covering industrials will be considered. European language skills are helpful.
