This role is for a government funded organisation who support local small to media size business. This role will be taking calls for customers asking for advice on a number of business matters.
We are looking for candidates with broad business and business processes knowledge. You will have a background in advising businesses. This is a telephone based role so you should have good communication skills listening and questioning skills.
You should have excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
