Our client is looking for a bright, switched on Business Analyst who has sound commercial awareness, who is 'savvy' about how commercial businesses operate and understands profitability and growth in a small to medium business environment. And if you like surfing or windsurfing - this is a great location!

This is an extremely successful company who manufacture and sell a niche market product, used worldwide in stores. Their core departments are manufacturing, stock control, accounting, marketing, sales and distribution. They need someone who can sit with individuals, find out what is really important to that individual in understanding how well they do in their role, extract this data and produce user friendly dashboards for each individual. Dashboards are similar to web sites, in that they need to be continually updated and improved and this will be an ongoing role.

Essential skills are a background in business analysis within a commercial environment, knowledge of SQL Server, a lively intuitive mind, a real business understanding of the SME sector, KPI's, profit and loss and an understanding of general accounting. An individual who thinks "If I improve this, will it generate improvement for the business?"

This will be a key role in the on going development of user friendly dashboards which will maximise the company's profitability and growth. They are looking for someone with a track record of self improvement and a real interest in continued learning. This will be a great career move for the right person. Please contact Jake King at Ambis or email your CV for more information.
