This role will play an important part in working with the Consultancy teams to achieve our business goals, and to be recognised for technical innovation. You will be responsible for working with our clients to understand their requirements, etc plus assisting in the implementation of the solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
*Ideally you will have the following:
oA good degree (preferably in a computer or science related subject)
oBusiness / Marketing qualification(s)
oFormal training in business analysis and project management
oPrevious experience in a similar role in working within the business analyst capacity with either an agency or with a marketing technology vendor.
oStrong experience within the marketing industry
EXPERIENCE
*Significant experience of customer relationship management in an integrated multichannel environment
*Technical or analytical marketing background
*Experience in software development environment, full project lifecycle working with structured project management methodologies such as Prince2, Agile, RAD
*Extensive knowledge of business issues & processes, as well as IT enabling technologies, reporting tools, systems and interfaces
*Understanding of web based solution analysis and development requirements, with proven experience of successful delivery of web projects in a "client facing" environment
At least two of the following:
*Design, development, implementation & management for online and offline marketing solutions
*Defining online and offline channel to market strategies, ROI model and key metrics to support the use of channels within on and offline business.
*Experience with offline and online marketing channels and associated research toolsets
*Liaising between client stakeholders, developers and consultants to ensure the solution is fit for purpose
*Converting high level strategic input into requirements and functional specifications
Desirable
*Online Channel planning and Online Strategy Development
*An interest in new technologies to support ongoing client demands
*Exposure to online strategy
