Business Analyst
£18,000 - £22,000 per annum
Based in Milton Keynes Office
Role Purpose
To provide accurate and timely data supported by value add analysis to support Creation Agency and its clients in managing cost and driving efficiency. This role will also support the commercial decision making process and will be a key contact both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
a)Running in house reports and creating/manipulating data to present to senior management. Reports will occur on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to client specific deadlines.
b)Provide reporting and analysis on sales, stock and availability to support the buying team and assist in the decision making process.
c)Work closely with buyers and suppliers and forecast stock requirements to assist management with the product flow and development of the supply chain.
d)Utilise business tools and metrics to ensure that the correct product is in the distribution centre, on time and in the right quantities.
e)Receive and manipulate data within Excel and other in house systems to produce data to assist buyers in the decision making process around stock promotions and pricing.
f)Provide ad hoc reporting and administrative support as required.
g)Assist buying team in the set up of new sku lines and product information for online systems.
h)Liaise with suppliers on stock delivery into the warehouse.
i)Provide suppliers with weekly/monthly analysis.
j)New product set up on customer website
k)Maintaining customer website
l)Additional ad hoc tasks as required and commensurate with the role.
About you:
Qualifications / Education required
MINIMUM
DESIRABLE
- Educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent)
- Degree educated (or similar)
Skills / Knowledge required Minimum

- Excellent numerical skills.
- Commercial acumen.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure all internal and external deadlines are met consistently.
- Excellent IT skills including all Microsoft programmes, especially Excel.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Quick learner with an enthusiastic and flexible approach.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret all types of information (financial, sales and commercial).
- Results focussed.
- Team player.
