Job Role
To work closely with the Senior Studio Director to provide the director with high calibre business and executive support.To assist the director in delivering on the portfolio of responsibilities.
Will work in partnership with the Senior Studio Director’s Personal Assistant, senior management team and other managers.
The Organisation
The Senior Studio Director is responsible for the Studio group, which is part of Sony Computer Entertainment Worldwide Studios (SCE WWS), and consists of Studio Liverpool (based in Liverpool), Evolution Studios (based in Runcorn) and Bigbig Studios (based in Leamington Spa).
Job Responsibilities
Liaise with senior level people, both within and outside the organisation and communicate with third parties where appropriate
Support strategic and senior level meetings with data and evidence to improve the quality of discussions and decisions
Prepare for all management level meetings and service them
Follow up on actions after meetings and enable free flow of information
Prepare and produce briefing papers, reports, presentations
Research and project support, including the preparation of briefing material and presentations
Review, analyse and summarise reports and documents
Candidates will:
Have a First degree – minimum 2:1; Second degree desirable, ideally MBA
Be well organised with great attention to detail
Be able to prioritise and meet deadlines where demands change constantly
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and integrity within all relationships
Be focused and dedicated to role and tasks in hand
Be capable of working with people at all levels
Have ability to contribute to strategic discussions
Have experience of business planning, business modelling and similar skills
Be able to handle multiple tasks and work flexibly
Have strong communication – written and oral - and presentation skills
Have excellent problem solving abilities and well-structured strategic thinking
Have an aptitude for continuous development and self improvement
Have prior experience at support or executive level
