1.Ensure that employer expectations are met at all times,
2.Generate vacancies/job outcomes for all Reed In Partnership programmes in line with Directorate objectives,
3.Maximise on repeat business and develop existing account base,
4.Identify new business opportunities and convert effectively,
5.Work effectively with national Sector Manager team,
6.Collation of all necessary contractual paperwork within agreed timescales,
7.Promote and create an awareness of entire range of Reed in Partnership WFD, ESOL, BS, LP and Discovery products,
8.Regular communication with partner organisations to ensure that business outcomes are maximised through accessing wider employment network,
9.Co-ordinate partner activity in conjunction with established SLA's,
10.Provide PA teams with sufficient quality information to assist with member selection,
11.Educate PA teams and members about opportunities available in key industry sectors,
12.Maximise on profitability within core business,
13.Identify, where appropriate, additional commercial opportunities for the business,
14.Ensure that recruitment services are delivered according to KPI's identified within any Service Level Agreement,
15.Ensure post placement support is managed effectively via employer to meet with contractual obligations and maximise retention levels.
16.Any other duties as may be specified by your manager from time to time.
Experience and QualificationsEssential Criteria
- Previous track record of sales success in business to business service sales role. Product or consumer sales roles do not meet this criteria.
- Experience of understanding and successfully delivering a complex multi-faceted sales proposition through genuinely listening and consulting with target audience.
- Demonstrated success both in winning new business and in successfully servicing and growing existing accounts.
- Demonstrated networking abilities that can be applied to becoming a respected part of the local business community
- Excellent concise and persuasive verbal and written communication skills demonstrated in a sales environment through formal presentations and construction of agreements and SLA documents.
- Experience of working as part of a multi-function service delivery team.The sales process will be ineffective unless the service delivery team understand what you have committed to and unless you are fully conversant with what they can deliver.
- Demonstrated analytical ability with regard to both the target market and sectors and the internal capacity to meet the needs of that market sector.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritise and organise activity in order to maximise achievement of targets.
Desirable Criteria
·Experience of working in the recruitment, welfare to work, or other very similar sectors.
·Holding a CPRS, CIPD, IEC orREC qualification or equivalent in recruitment
·A demonstrable understanding of the local labour market
·Previous experience of working with disadvantaged client groups in the delivery of customer services.
·Experience of the administration or delivery of recruitment or assessment processes.
·Knowledge of employment legislation governing recruitment practices.
·Pre-existing network of employer contacts in the local area.
