Business Development - Field Sales Executive - Area Sales - Sales Rep is required for a major Worldwide Security organisation who have an amazing portfolio of products and services and also major clients across the world. The field sales role is to sell the security services both manpower and electronic to clients throughout Suffolk, Norfolk, anglia and Essex in a field sales, B2B Sales capacity. No security industry sales experience is requiored for this role as full trining provided.
ROLE: Field Sales Executive
LOCATION: Field Sales, to cover Suffolk, Norfolk, anglia and Essex
BASIC SALARY: £27k. OTE: £40k uncapped

ROLE: Business Development - Field Sales Executive - Area Sales - Sales Rep is required for a new business sales opportunity to sell the security services and products of this major organisation
The sales role is to generate your own sales leads, new business, arrange sales apppointments and sell face to face, closing sales deals.
·Ongoing sales development and management of a sales pipeline to ensure consistent sales performance and continued about target delivery.
·Maintenance of necessary levels of prospective customer phone, prospecting, profiling, visits & quote activity to ensure sales growth targets are exceeded.
·Development & maintenance of prospective customer database.
·Working in partnership with Operations managers to ensure sales development effort matches vehicle resources and centre development plans.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
To match the growth plans of the business THE CLIENT requires sales professionals who are experienced in dealing with customers and developing new business – they do not teach people how to be a salesperson but will consider those who have an all consuming desire to be successful but are lacking experience.There is no preferred background, just an ability to prove that they are the best at what they do.We therefore require them to be:

·Capable of demonstrating a sound understanding of the sales process and how to manage it.
·Strong listening and questioning skills.
·Have evidence to support success and over achievement.
·Able demonstrate working in a pressurised and challenging environment.
·Demonstrate success achieved through personal application.
·Commercially aware i.e. have a demonstrable level of business acumen.
Be able to prove the past 3 years sales figures via P60's or similar.
