An international law firm with a successful office in Dubai with over 150 staff is seeking a marketing/business development professional to drive the business development for a full range of practice groups including banking and finance, corporate and commercial, intellectual property and regulatory.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Drive partners with preparation and implementation of annual business plans and project managing delivery
* Active cross -selling of best practice and approaches, know-how and market knowledge
* Manage and assist with bids and proposal processes including presentation and managing post pitch processes
* Assist partners with the development of key client plans, through account management techniques
* Review CRM processes
* Identify potential business development opportunities
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
* An understanding of the international legal environment
* Extensive business development and marketing experience within the legal or professional services sector
* Possess a legal or marketing qualification
* Have a commercial instinct with huge energy and enthusiasm
* A proven track record of developing business and making a difference
