*Promote company services to employers via the phone, face to face visits, direct marketing activity, presentations and networking.
*Build and maintain value adding relationships with employers
*Develop and maintain a database of local employer contacts
*Undertake sales and marketing activities to find work placements, job assured placements and employed status positions.
*Generate vacancies and manage employer relationships, establish recruitment needs and requirements, and maintain contact with employers.
*Match job seekers to employment opportunities and assist job seekers to consider and take up suitable employment offers (working with Consultants)
*To conduct the appropriate follow up procedures to obtain feedback from employers, monitor and evaluate the quality of the service provided to employers, securing repeat business.
*Work with colleagues to promote opportunities and maximise the benefit of involvement in the service.
*To deliver activity set out in sales and marketing action plan actions to develop and exploit Key Account opportunities.
*Production of weekly activity report for Regional Business Development Manager.
*Such other duties and responsibilities as may be determined from time to time.
EXPERIENCE
*Full driving licence, own vehicle and full business insurance.
*Previous experience working in employer engagement, recruitment or sales based role.
*Previous sales/marketing experience including cold calling
*Experience building, developing and managing client relationships
*Ability to network effectively and maximise business development opportunities.
