We are currently assisting our client, a leading manufacturer of a variety of instrumentation distributed to customers worldwide.We are assisting them in the key appointment of a Business Development Engineer Your role will be to handle customer enquiries over the phone and gain an understanding of their requirements.You will work individually and as part of a team through set processes in order to seek an end product which not only matches the client’s requirements but also passes approval. This position requires an engineer with excellent communication and people skills but also someone who enjoys working as team and is prepared to be flexible in their approach to work. You will also be responsible for the occasional client visit, so it’s important that you are confident in presenting yourself to customers. You will ideally be of graduate calibre, and have a mechanical or electrical background. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a stable career with variety and the opportunity to progress themselves. In return for your skills and expertise you will be awarded an excellent salary of 25k - 35k depending on experience together with additional company benefits.
