Business Development Executive – Corporate Sales
South Midlands - /M40/M4
Our client is a Tier 1 mobile operator and one of the world's largest communications providers. Due to continued expansion they are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Development Executive to join their Sales & Loyalty team.
As a Business Development Executive you are responsible for acquiring new business and managing existing accounts in the Auto/Transport & Retail Sector and to deliver volume & value targets in line with the overall plan for Corporate sales and specifically the Finance and IT Vertical.
You will sell new connections, products and services to sustain and grow revenues in line with business objectives and targets within the corporate sector in companies with 750+ employees.
This position is Homebased.
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:-
• Proven and highly successful direct sales experience in IT/telecommunications or a business-to-business corporate marketplace
• Considerable track record of success in driving and delivering new business within the corporate marketplace
• A professional manner with a proven ability to develop and maintain an effective network of contacts and build relationships at all levels of the customer/prospect organisation
It would be great if you could also display:-
• A good understanding of the telecommunications market place coupled with broad commercial and financial acumen
• An influential and highly effective communicator (verbal/written)
• Experience of selling into Auto/Transport & Retail customers
In return for your skills and experience you can expect a basic salary ranging from £33K-£37K Double OTE (Uncapped) + Accelerator bonuses.
