£30,000 - £34,000 plus uncapped commission
We are a management consultancy who focuses on ‘enabling business change’ and works with a range of clients in the public and private sector. We seek someone with experience of selling sales resource solutions for both contingency recruitment resourcing for contractors and interim managers.
You will have a full understanding of the need for Recruitment Managed Services in either public or private sector clients, and at ease selling technical capabilities. You will have responsibility for developing business plans, account planning activities and driving and managing resourcing sales strategy into targeted clients.
In addition, you will be building and managing long term effective relationships with clients at all levels and developing and winning opportunities for the Resourcing business in line with agreed sales revenue and profitability targets.
You will have a proven track record in achieving personal targets of resourcing revenue, gross profit and contribution against costs and demonstrable experience of selling Contingency Resourcing for Contractors and Interim Managers and/or Recruitment Managed Services.
