Either working within a busy office based sales department or an office/field based split, this position is responsible for managing the 3rd Party introducers (Brokers) allocated to you from our clients existing database.
Specifically the role will be to build the database of supporting Introducers through telephone based canvassing and e mails and manage their orders/proposals to the point of underwriting.
The role is that of a pro active account manager.As part of the Leasing team you will also expected to cover general office administration duties and answering the phone, you will need good Excel and Word experience to manage these day to day tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage own part of the Database to develop and maintain relationships with our clients prospects/introducers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods via the phone and e mail.
- Pro actively promote vehicle supply programmes that our client has committed to, to ensure all cars are sold in the allowed timescales.
- Manage and package all proposals received to the point of being passed to underwriting.
- Update the database ensuring records are fully and accurately maintained in accordance with company guidelines.
- Day to day administration
The successful candidate will possess enthusiasm and drive, sound communication and sales negotiation and customer service skills.
