SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
£DoE + Commission + Bonus
THE COMPANY
Since starting in 2004, this company continues to grow and diversify in the rail market. They provide software for Train Operating Companies (TOCs) to manage their resources i.e. crew, diagramming, trains etc. to run a smooth operation. Demand for this software has far exceeded expectations, hence they are looking to recruit a competent and motivated Business Development Manager.
THE ROLE
As a Senior Business Development Manager, this person will be:
-Responsible for managing existing accounts within the rail sector as well as introducing this software to new users
-Demonstrating the software to Operations and Strategy Managers and users
-Ensuring that the customer has a full understanding of the software, its capability and how it can save them time and money
THE PERSON
The ideal Business Development Manager will be:
-From a business development or sales background
-Experienced in selling planning and resource management software
-Able to engage with all levels within the customer base
-Confident in their ability to learn the rail industry and it's processes
-A new business hunter with the ability to manage high value accounts
