Our Client is one of the leading providers of Enhanced Warehousing andTransportation services - that include Ocean Freight, Air Freight and Land Freight – Also provide Contract Logistics and a host of other services.
They are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team in the South of England – based at Heathrow
They are seeking a true professional of the highest caliber, a solutions and consultative sales person experienced in winning Major Accounts and presenting up to Board level. You will be a new business hunter with a passion for sales
You will be experienced in Freight Forwarding Sales – Air / Ocean and Road Freight - with a good knowledge of the Logistics Industry – most of all you will be a strong New Business Hunter with a proven track record of achievement.
Overall Role Purpose
Through a structured, professional sales process, identify and manage a new business pipeline which will generate profitable business opportunities ensuring the growth objectives and targets are met.
• Achieve new business revenue targets
• Responsible for ensuring all new business gains have sustainable revenue at acceptable profitability levels.
