Job Title: Business Development Manager
Salary: Circa £22,000 + 10% Commission on sales
Location: Derby, Derbyshire
I am looking to recruit an experienced, mature, forward thinking sales person for a cutting edge, full service marketing agency.
Established for over 30 years and with a worldwide customer base, they have sustained a reputation for providing the highest standard of quality and service. They are now looking to strengthen their sales team by making this appointment and want someone to specifically concentrate on the Midlands area. Primarily working from their offices in Derby, with flexibility to visit clients in surrounding areas, your remit will be to develop business opportunities from a wide range of clients.
Reporting to and working closely with the Managing Director, you will be given plenty of support to achieve aims and targets.
Successful candidates must have:
- Sales experience ideally in a creative industry or one that involves a picture painting sales process
- An enthusiasm for new business development
- A mature, forward thinking, yet pragmatic approach
- A commercial way of thinking
