Business Development Manager –Enterprise Sales - Unified Comms

Owing to continued growth they are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager.
The Business Development Manager within Solution Sales is responsible for delivering revenues from the sale of products within the company proposition portfolio. This portfolio includes the Mobile Application Framework, Remote access product sets, Unified Communications and Business Applications such as CRM.
Essence of the role:
• Work with corporate account managers to identify the Company’s Business Services opportunities
• Own, manage and identify customer stakeholders to determine the full opportunity
• Work with customers to understand their business drivers to help them deliver their mobility strategy to justify the business case for the solution.
• Engage the Company’s Business Services support team to create solution proposal to meet customer needs
• Negotiate commercials of solution and engage with the Company’s Business Services to deliver implementation plan
• Identify and deliver accurate revenue plans and forecasts
• Provide accurate forecasts to the Solution Sales Management team
• Engage with the appropriate customer contacts to obtain the definitive customer commitment
• Own the end to end Sale from conception, to proof of concept, to the delivery of business benefits
Role dimension:
Financial (limits/mandates etc.)
• Meet and exceed revenue and Bookings targets
• Meet and exceed any other KPIs allocated from time to time
Non-financial (customers/staff etc)
• Provide an accurate opportunity pipeline, both financial and for the Company’s Business Services resource
• Deliver mobility solutions thought leadership within customers
• Educate corporate account managers in the benefits of mobility solutions in order for them to champion
Typical Outputs:
• Deliver Company’s Business Services revenue
• Accurate solution proposals
• TAS Plans. Close Plans.
• Strike Plans (Territory Plan)
• Feedback to product marketing team on future customer needs
• Accurate proposition, financial and resource forecasting
Technical/Professional expertise required:
• Proven track record of selling complex solutions with consistent over achievement of sales against target
• Proven experience of managing and delivering on sales cycles in excess of 9 months and delivering deals in excess of £1m
• Subject matter expertise in the wireless enterprise domain (business and technology)
Proven Solution selling and complex bid management and development
• Excellent client management and presentation/communication matured over a number of years of selling and delivering to CXO level
• Ideally educated to degree level in a related subject or similar relevant experience
Preferred:
• Avaya & Mitel unified sales experience
• Secure Remote Access sales experience
