Estimator/Business Development Manager

£50,000 + package
My client is a fit out and refurbishment specialist. They help occupiers relocate or reorganise their existing space and help building owners and developers who want to improve the value of their properties through refurbishment and fit out.
My client is currently looking to recruit a Business Development Executive to help drive continued success through the development of targeted campaigns and tenders to both existing and potential clients. You'll also play a key role in the delivery of client programmes aimed at exceeding client expectations and further enhancing the firm's reputation. Added to that, you'll aid the further development of the organisation's offering ensuring the company retains a competitive advantage and is differentiated from competitors. They are looking for an enthusiastic, commercially aware individual with previous experience of developing pitches and tenders. You'll have strong project management skills, be comfortable working to tight deadlines and have and excellent eye for detail. Key to this position is an ability to liaise and build effective relationships with key stakeholders. Industry knowledge and the ability to bring contacts and projects is essential.
