This specialist healthcare subsidiary of a major multinational is urgently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to head up their management consultancy services division in the Midlands. The role will be based in Birmingham and involve travel throughout the region.
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the ongoing growth of the Performance Improvement and Management Services facet of the business in the midlands region. The main service products offered are Quality Management, LEAN Management, Six Sigma and other Continuous Performance Improvement consultancy services to the medical industry.
The successful candidate MUST have:
- A demonstrable record of successful Business Development Management in a management services and consultancy field
- Past performance in excess of £2m per annum in sales
- Excellent exposure to and understanding of Six Sigma, LEAN or other relevant improvement and management packages
- A relevant qualification and background in an engineering or management discipline
