Business Director (Econometric Projects) - London, required for my Market Leading Client whose culture can best be described by their four values: Passion, Fresh, Tenacious and Connected. The work is varied and challenging. The analytical knowledge you should bring into the position can be applied in a much wider analytical environment as most agency offer. This position is working in my clients Consultancy Division, which covers Analytics and Evaluation, Marketing Dashboards and Integrated Marketing Communication Management.
Specific Key Accountabilities include:
Managing and developing of (econometric) projects
Understanding client's business objectives and develop solutions and initiating new analytical approaches in conjunction with client
Communicating and interfacing with UK account management teams, media planning and buying teams, the different departments on the client side and other research agencies to ensure the provision of a seamless service to their client
Acts in a connected way across teams, sharing work and takes the lead in driving integration across the agency client teams
Identifying the analytical opportunities of very large and rich data bases
Developing innovative analytical techniques
Leading and motivating a team of analysts
Developing of team skills
Identifying required skill sets for the project team
Pro actively creates opportunities which deliver and runs a profitable business
Be able to make complex things simple
