The role holder will offer support to the whole of the Service Delivery Area (including Operations, Finance and Customer Services) through the identification, design improvement and implementation of operational processes and systems, ensuring that any projects undertaken bring improvements in terms of efficiency or customer service.
Required skills and experience for the job:
·A minimum of 2 years operational experience within a high volume shared services or business process outsourcing environment
·Strong logical, analytical and process engineering skills
·Previous experience of project management and system testing/implementation required
·Advanced Excel and Crystal Reporting, the ability to build new queries is essential
·Previous experience of data manipulation, analysing trends and reporting back to management
·Experience of managing medium to large scale system implementations
·Proven ability to work under pressure achieving stretching and tight deadlines
·Business process re-engineering a distinct advantage
Hours of work
·37.5 hours per week
·7.5 hour per day (between 8am and 6pm)
