Their vision is to be the first choice for medical locums and as such is currently undertaking a massive expansion programme across the UK.
The Position:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Manager to join a multinational recruitment organisation within their Doctors division. Reporting to the Regional Director the position requires a strong recruitment professional who understands the fundamentals of medical locum recruitment to join, lead and expand an experienced team. Strong sales, negotiation and person management skills are pivotal to the role, as well as being responsible for sales and marketing budget, staff training, development and strategic business growth.
The Successful Candidate:
Must be able to demonstrate strong people management skills within healthcare recruitment and fully understand the complexities of working with the NHS National Framework and other healthcare clients. The successful candidate must be able to lead from the front, performance manage to develop employees to be the best they can be and ideally possess medical recruitment experience, with an associated track record of achievement. The successful candidate must also be proactive, enthusiastic and passionate about what they do, able to identify new business opportunities whilst also maximising the relationships already in place. This is a position for an ambitious and committed individual who is looking to progress their career within a business that is branded and able to offer huge potential and personal growth.
