This role is a contract position and the client is looking for a manager with experience of the management of a college's non academic services ie ,finance ,data, HR,facilities,cafe & Reception services .
Experience of working in the FE sector or knowledge of the Learning & Skills Council (LSC ) funding methodology alongside financial expertise in managing a budget of £5m.
Good communication skills
The ability to manage budgets and also give financial advice to departments
Produce high quality reports
Good analysis tools and techniques
