A major investment and refurbishment of c£200K has been planned by Punch Partnerships to redevelop The Salutation and bring focus to its huge dining potential. The ground floor trading area has scope for 115 covers with the focus on developing a more contemporary bistro, bar and coffee shop style offering. What are we looking for?
Investment funds for a deposit and working capital are essential
The drive and entrepreneurial skills to manage your own business and be your own boss
Ideally the right applicant would have experience within the licensed trade and would be able to produce a quality food offer and manage five quality letting rooms
Strong interpersonal skills and a good personality with a passion for providing great service is required
Excellent marketing skills and the ability to turn the business into a profitable, reputable outlet following the major refurbishment planned by Punch
