Job Role

In this key role, you will be required to drive and support the strategic, financial and operational performance of the business at a senior level. You will be expected to create a climate, in conjunction with the FD, in which finance staff throughout the Division maximise their contribution to improving the quality of service provided by the function.

Key responsibilities include:

- Drive improved business performance
- Proactively support business decision-making
- Improve commercial processes and procedures
- Project Management Support

You will be fully a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with previous business decision support experience. You will have a good understanding of Financial accounting with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. The ability to influence business managers on new and existing projects will be key. Strong system building skills will be a distinct advantage.
