Business Systems Analyst whose primary role is to conduct a gap analysis between portfolio project management practises in a global business project management function and a portfolio management tool which it is considering purchasing.
This will be a 3 month assignment reporting to the Project Manager of a large functional planning project based at the client site in Berkshire
The candidate will be responsible for producing process maps and workflow's as well as use cases of specific processes.
They will work closely with portfolio project managers based in the US, Switzerland and UK to understand their requirements.
They will document requirements and produce a gap analysis document which will be used to facilitate decisions on procurement and deployment of a new functional planning system.
The successful candidate will have strong experience of portfolio and project management tools and knowledge of Planisware will be a distinct advantage.
The candidate must have experience of UML.
