As a Business Unit Coordinator your main responsibilitieswill involve: - Producing performance measures such as market measures, and reporting from within the team
- Managing purchasing requirements for the team
- Organising events such as business and divisional briefings and supporting senior staff with diary management
- Developing presentations and correspondence relevant to the division or Director
As a Business Unit Coordinator your skills and qualificationswill ideally include: - An A-level (or equivalent) education
- A strong administrative background and proven track record in proactive time management
- An ability to use IT systems (Siebel, BBW, market data, EBP), along with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- An ability to understand and ensure the accuracy of measurement outputs
