Prestigious globalhouse seeks to recruit a team of high calibre individuals with significant funds platform knowledge operations experience, ideallygained from either a DC Pensions or wrap environment.Key purpose of the role will be to work on product enhancements and the development of improved, efficient service propositions.
The role will involve working closely with the business to define all project requirements from a product, service and commercial perspective.The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with project, business and systems areas to agree scope, requirements and content of projects and develop appropriate business requirements documentation.Additional responsibilities will include the coordination of end user testing and the resolution of issues.
Applicants will have an investment operations or support background, a strong client focus and a good knowledge of the funds platform and/or DC Pensions marketplace.Business analysis experience, and an understanding of project management techniquesare essential and will be complemented by excellent communication and influencing skills and a commitment to the delivery of a superior level of client service.
