Buyer - Procurement of Services
This global organisation, is seeking a buyer to help support the corporate Procurement team across a number of indirect spend areas, a background in the buying of services is a pre-requisite for this role.
You will be required to use best practice procurement, manage suppliers and run the full tender process.
This Procurement role will see you:
Aid in develop sourcing strategies across areas of indirect spend
Introduce innovative cost saving initiatives
Manage your own categories and negotiate contracts
Promote Procurement best processes within the company
To b considered for this Procurement role you will need:
Previous experience within indirect procurement, ideally across services categories
Knowledge of sourcing methodology (from RFI to contract award)
Be able to run the full tender process
To be confident in leading negotiations
Ideally experience of commercial contracts
Be degree educated and ideally hold professional membership i.e. MCIPS
