Reputable, global food manufacturer with world leading brands seeks a Buying Manager to take responsibility in buying raw materials and packaging for their Dubai factory. Managing a team and controlling a raw material and packaging spend, you will manage an international vendor and supplier base, building relationships and leading key improvement projects to reduce inventory, identify new suppliers, new packaging materials and focus on cost saving initiatives. An excellent opportunity which requires a solid buying background gained within food manufacturing, ideally confectionery or dairy products, a strong communicator who can work closely with internal and external clients and experience of managing a team.
