Embedded Software vacancies for Semiconductor Start-up in the South West. Our clients seeks a engineer with skills or training in embedded real time software C/C++/Assembler for Layer 1 driver development GSM/HSxPA/ HSPA+/LTE Physical Layer.

My client, a ground breaking Semiconductor start-up, has a vacancy for an Embedded Software development position developing low-level embedded device drivers for mobile / wireless communications devices.

Candidates will have good academic background including a 1st or 2i in an Engineering / computer Science degree.

As part of your experience / studies you will also have knowledge and skills in some of the following areas :

* Embedded C & Real-Time programming experience

* Experience of assembler programming.

* Several years of wireless systems development

* Physical Layer 1 development.

* Knowledge of HSUPA, HSPA+ and/or LTE.
