Our Client
My client are a leading specialist within the fit-out and build industry. This particular department specialise in dry walling, curtain lining, roofing, cladding, stone, glazing, renders and general facades.
Due to expansion and promotion they are looking to increase their design team and strengthen their position with the appointment of a CAD designer.
The Role
My client requires a strong CAD candidate who possess a good working knowledge of AutoCad.
You will have experience of working with Architects and Designers on External Cladding Systems
Duties to include site visits, liaising with Main Contractors, Suppliers and Architects. Knowledge of external facades including: Trespa, Marley, Renders, Stone Cladding, Aluminium & Zinc Systems would certainly be advantageous.
The position will involve creating working detail drawings from Architects and Engineers drawings, liaising with suppliers and issuing said drawings for manufacture.
CAD coordinator , Building Services Estimator and Building services Project Managers.
