CALL CENTRE AGENTS / SALES AGENTS / INCOMING CALLS – PORTSMOUTH
Joining as a Sales Agent you will be working within a busy Portsmouth based Call Centre acting as a key member of the incoming calls (customer retention and sales) team. Using your excellent customer service skills you will play a key part in ensuring the ongoing expansion and retention of an existing client base.

In more detail your role will include the following:
- Manage all incoming calls (customer retention & sales) efficiently, professionally and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.
- To promote and sell the company or client goods and services as required.
- To maintain an excellent knowledge of products and services at all times.
- Share and discuss ideas with managers and/or colleagues covering working practices, processes and the general enhancement of the department.
- Participate in monthly team briefings, training workshops and update briefings as and when required.
- To ensure that individual targets and service levels are achieved.
This role suits an individual with a background in sales, gained from within a call centre environment. Naturally you will need to possess excellent communication skills along with a solid understanding of computers including the use of the Internet, Word and Excel.

* This is a Permanent role with the opportunity to work in either a Part Time or Full Time capacity. If successful you will work on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday so you must be able to commit to working this rota.
