CALL CENTRE SERVICE AGENTS / CUSTOMER SERVICE / INBOUND – PORTSMOUTH
We are looking for Full Time Customer Service Agents. Joining a busy Hampshire based Contact Centre you will play a key role within the customer support team that handles service enquires for their leading client accounts.
Our client employs over 3500 staff globally and creates highly successful and engaging marketing programmes delivered through subscription based products and services within the travel, leisure and insurance industries.

The Customer Service Agent will be expected to provide a high standard of customer satisfaction and service to a very important client base ensuring that an efficient, courteous and professional manner is upheld at all times. 80% of your time will be spent answering inbound calls and the remaining 20% will be taken up with general administrative duties. There will be a high level of Service Level Agreements to be met and this will be monitored.
