Our London/South East based client is looking for an CAMHS Manager on an Interim basis.
The role involves taking over the management of the service and providing leadership on service development. Along with carrying out the day to day general management duties such as staff management, monitoring standards and reporting against key performance indicators you will be dealing with the day to day challenges/risks. In addition, you will ideally have experience in mapping services and an understanding of complex commissioning arrangements and pooled budgets.
Our ideal candidate will be able to develop multi agency service strategies and partnership arrangements.
You must have previous experience of working with responsibility for CAMHS, up to a minimum of 3rd tier level or equivalent
