We are currently recruiting now for Care Assistants for Days and Nights at our homes in Bulwell, Nottingham to support people like us who display challenging behaviour, autism and have a learning disability.
When at work we need our care assistants to support us to visit many places like,
- Cinema
- Bowling
- College
- Swimming
- Work placements
- Shopping centres
- Many different physical exercise activities
At times we can be challenging in our behaviour, but our care assistants will get specialist training to help you to manage our behaviour and there are lots of training courses you can do which will be paid for by the company where we live.Sometimes you may need to come in to work in your own time to go on training but you will get paid for this time and the training will help you to look after us.
We also like to go on holidays each year and will need you to come with us, our care assistants are our extended family and we spend a lot of time getting to know them.
If you come and work with us then you will also get the following
- £6.60 ph with NVQ qualification
- Meals when on duty
- 28 days annual leave per year
- Overtime rates if you work over your contracted hours
