Who we are - Mozaic Marketing is Edinburgh's most exciting and fastest growing event sales and marketing company. We are expanding at an incredible rate and are currently looking to recruit hard-working individuals onto our Sales Coaching Program and also our Business Development Programme. What we do – Simply put, we generate more business for multi-national companies and organisations. We do this on a face to face basis at events. Depending upon who the client is, and what would be most effective in targeting their desired demographic, the events we arrange can take place in a variety of locations - within exhibitions or conferences, at sporting events, in large shopping centres, simple in-branch or in-store promotions etc. Whatever the location, our main focus is to raise the profile of clients, and ultimately expand their customer base. We provide the highest standard of client representation in the whole of the UK as several long-running campaigns in the portfolio hold testament to. In the current economic climate, the services we provide have never been more relevant or desirable. The demand is incredible, which is why we are still growing and still recruiting when others are sadly not.
The role - We are looking for hard working, self-motivated candidates who have as much enthusiasm and ambition for the future as we do. People who have the confidence, professionalism and image that is required when you are ‘the face’ of a market leading company. We will coach and develop you in all areas and aspects of our business, including:-
- event sales and promotions
- client representation
- team coaching

Experience is not essential for those with the right attitude and willingness to learn. We welcome applications from candidates of all occupational backgrounds, as well as graduates and school leavers aged 18 or over.
